During the course of day to day work, many people are exposed to vicarious trauma and confronted by clients and colleagues with issues that may be challenging. Therapeutic supervision helps support your mental health so that you are able to deliver the best possible service to your clients, and communicate efficiently and clearly with colleagues and staff.
We explore how you look after yourself emotionally, any issues around client case load, professional and life choices, home and work life balance, and supporting you emotionally through difficult situations.
Supervision is confidential and adheres to the BACP and NCS guidelines and code of ethics.
Supervision can take place in your offices or, if one to one, at my private practice in Downton, Wiltshire.
I have completed a FliP Faculty Supervision conversion course and you can find me on their register.
