Safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling in Downton near Salisbury, Wiltshire

About Counselling

Why have counselling and what is it?

If there are issues that are making it difficult for you to enjoy life, whether at home, in your relationships or at work, counselling may help.

Talking to someone in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment may help you make the changes you are looking for.

Using communication skills, we look at areas you want to change, explore why these areas are an issue and understand how you came to feel the way you do.

There are various therapy techniques that we can use to help you to bring about positive and effective change.

Counselling can be face to face at my practice in Downton near Salisbury, or via Skype/FaceTime.

How long will I need therapy for?

Everyone is different. I work with both short and long term clients and will regularly review our work together so that you can make an informed decision about your needs.

Typically each session lasts 50 minutes, although longer sessions are available on request.
