Counselling can be face to face at my practice in Downton near Salisbury, or via Skype/FaceTime.
Everyone is different. I work with both short and long term clients and regularly review our work together so that you can make an informed decision about your needs.

There are many different types of counselling including person-centred, psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Coherence Therapy. I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Coherence Therapy and adapt my style to suit your needs.

I am a qualified supervisor with Ascentis certification and offer supervision to counsellors and student counsellors at all levels of experience.
I deliver group and individual supervision.
