Why use a facilitator?
If you or your company have meetings that may have high emotional content or conflict, it can be useful to have an independant party facilitate. This can help by providing a safe environment for staff and clients to be open and explore difficult situations and decisions further.
I work ethically to ensure communication stays open and I am committed to working with empathy, integrity, genuineness and in a collaborative style.
Issues covered may include redundancy, change, conflict in the workplace, mediation, issue resolution, team building, team behaviour and communication, process review etc.
I create and deliver bespoke training courses for individuals and groups. Subjects include soft skills, communication, emotional intelligence, working with difficult clients, and self-care.
